On June 4, 2015, the Pacific Water Treatment Project, the largest and most advanced underground pumping station in Hangzhou, and the Dagang Pumping Station, were successfully commissioned and transferred to the official trial operation. The project has a daily water transfer capacity of 780,000 tons/day, which is a large-scale pumping station project. In the future, about 50% of the sewage in the main city of Hangzhou will pass through here and be transported to the Qige Wastewater Treatment Plant for purification.

It is reported that the Hangzhou Heshun pumping station project put into trial operation is another important sewage treatment contracting project undertaken by the Pacific. The completion and commissioning of the project marks the Pacific water treatment in the field of super-large sewage treatment project contracting service again. An important breakthrough was made.

Background of the project

On May 10, 2012, the Sibao Sewage Treatment Plant was officially shut down. The sewage that was originally processed into the plant was transferred to the newly-invested Qige Sewage Treatment Plant. The length of the pipeline between the two was 9.8 km. To transport sewage, it is necessary to rely on pressurization to “press” the sewage to a seven-segment sewage treatment plant 9.8 km away under pressure.

It is understood that the total investment of Dagang Pumping Station is 88.857 million yuan, covering an area of ​​26750 square meters and the greening rate is over 70%. It is currently the largest and most advanced underground pumping station in Hangzhou. The maximum amount of sewage can be transferred to 78. 10,000 tons / day. After being put into operation, the sewage can be transferred back to “gravity flow operation” to improve the safety of the sewage pipeline operation, and greatly improve the transportation capacity of the water from the Sibao sewage system to the sewage treatment plant along the Yanjiang Avenue to the Qiage Wastewater Treatment Plant; The second is to meet the sewage purification treatment of the Hangzhou High School Qianjiang Campus and the Yudao Village resettlement plot along the Yangtze River Avenue.

Full underground self-controlled pumping station, small impact on the surrounding environment

The Danang Pumping Station is an underground pumping station. The main equipment is built underground, so the noise is small during production and operation. After the sewage arrives here, it will pass a simple filtration. The larger garbage will be intercepted and crushed, and then flow into the sewage pipeline. The pumping station has three deodorizing devices of biological, ion and chemical agents to ensure the sewage is transferred. The exhaust gas and odor are treated in time to meet the national standards and then discharged. In addition, the pumping station will conduct real-time monitoring of the water flowing through the sewage. Once the sewage water quality is exceeded, an alarm will be automatically issued to inform the downstream sewage treatment plant and the environmental protection department.
