In order to make new employees understand and familiarize themselves with the company, better adapt to the working environment, integrate into the company, recognize the company's corporate culture, and enhance the sense of belonging of new employees. Recently, the company's human resources department and related departments organized a one-week induction training for new employees.

The training covers corporate culture training, company profiles, rules and regulations, safety education process equipment technology and engineering project management training, etc., which also interspersed with department introduction and expansion games. This training effectively promotes new employees to quickly understand the company, integrate into the company culture as soon as possible, and encourage new employees to develop and progress on the company's platform.
