Dongguan No. 6 Water Plant Project

Project Name: Phase I Advanced Treatment Project of Dongguan No. 6 Water Plant

 

Project Description: Dongguan Dongjiang Water Co., Ltd. No. 6 Water Plant (hereinafter referred to as “Sixth Water Plant”) is located in Qiantang, Dongcheng, on the south bank of the south tributary of Dongjiang River. The original water is taken from Dongjiang, Dongguan. The water plant has a total area of about 318.24 mu. It is the first garden-style modern water plant in Dongguan that uses advanced treatment technology to produce high-quality water. The design of the water supply plant of the sixth phase of the sixth water plant is designed to be 500,000 tons/day, and the total investment of the project is about 896 million yuan, of which the investment in the plant is about 473 million yuan (including the investment of about 150 million yuan in the first-stage deep treatment project). The investment in the supporting pipe network is about 423 million yuan. The water supply scope is intended to cover the downtown area and Liaobu Town, Chang'an Town, Dalingshan Town and Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Park.
