The company conducts employee development training activities
In order to enhance the cohesiveness and sense of belonging of employees, create a team spirit and build a good corporate culture, on May 28th, Pacific Water Treatment Organization launched the outdoor expansion training activities of “Smelting Team Beyond Self-Winning Future”.
Under the leadership of the coaches, everyone queued, grouped, and warmed up. The team captains carefully planned and organized, giving full play to the collective wisdom of the team members, creating distinctive team names, slogans, team songs and totems painted on the team flag. In an instant, the players will be condensed into an indestructible rope and a wall. The project activities of “team contest, rainbow bridge, and water challenge” were intense and fierce. The employees worked in a division and cooperated with each other. The round of competition ignited the passion of the employees. The entire expansion is full of tension, laughter, shouting and hard work!
This expansion training, through the design of various team project competitions, stimulated the collective sense of honor of team members, further strengthened the communication and coordination awareness among team members, and added a rich and colorful stroke to the team culture construction of the company.
